So far, Carrol and Jose have been amazing. I'm still in the process of moving in as I'm coming from out of state, but they have been so attentive to all my questions/concerns and super accommodating. I hope this is an example of what I can come to expect in my new home in Silver Spring!

The leasing manager, Carrol, is so attentive, informative, and helpful. I was pretty nervous about the move in process but she made everything run smoothly and made sure I was always updated on the status of my application. The building is clean, quiet, and I absolutely love my apartment. The maintenance team is also very detail oriented and friendly especially Jose! I love living here, it's so peaceful and I can't imagine living anywhere else.

Metro 710 Apartments are wonderful! Great community to live in. Awesome service when needing any work orders handles or just simply needing to talk to the building manager! Great spot, convenient to attractions/public transportation!

This is the best experience I have ever had renting! This was my first time renting alone and I was very nervous about it but I have had nothing but peace and comfort in my apartment. The staff really care about your well-being and happiness within your home and do what they can to help out. Spacious units, peaceful, kind staff team members , nice neighbors. Extremely comfortable, quiet, safe. And the neighbors are amazingly friendly polite friendly. The business center is always clean and easy accessible. The fitness center is always available for your usage and always clean and sanitized.

Great management and maintenance staff. Love the location and space! Lots of activity and events within the neighborhood. The apartment building is kept clean and neat for residents. There is also easy and convenient nearby transportation options.

The building is well-maintained, the neighbors are all friendly, and Carrol, Jose, and Francisco are all extremely conscientious and responsive to our requests. I really appreciate what they do to build a sense of community at Metro 710.

This is an extremely peaceful place to live. I sleep very well here, this building is very safe, secure, and accommodating in every way possible. My unit is spacious, closets space is perfect. Elevators are quickly available, if needed.
