Our studios are the coziest options and offer 460 square feet of space, while our one-bedroom apartments in Silver Spring have extra room to roam and range from 820 to 870 square feet. The two-bedroom layouts are our largest option, sitting at 1,000 to 1,110 square feet of pure comfort. As for the amenities, there are stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood floors in all units. Select apartments come with in-unit washer & dryer sets and a private patio/balcony, two features that simplify your routine and bring an extra touch of convenience. Plus, all utilities are already included in the rent, and, to make the atmosphere in your home even more inviting, we also allow cats.
