Pet Policy

Metro 710 is a cat-friendly community where we welcome up to 2 cats per household. Pet rent is $25 per cat per month. A $250 refundable deposit is also required per cat. We do not allow any other types of pets or exotic animals.  A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in.
