Great community to live!!! I have recommended others to enjoy living at Metro 710 as we continue to. The staff is accommodating to our requests. My husband and I plan to make this our home for years to come.

The maintenance team is fantastic. Jose, the main maintenance guy, is great. The apartment is good. We rented her just because of its location and convenience to metro and downtown facilities. Parking situation could be improved.

Great team based here at Metro 710. Pleasant to communicate with, responsive when there are minor issues. Comfortable, attractive and safe building in an ideal position in the neighborhood. Easy to get to any amenities.

The staff where very nice a helpful on the phone throughout the process. Would say they are by far the best part of all of it. The apartment looked great when I moved in. The location is great and convenient.

Wonderful management team, and great maintenance staff (very responsive). Best apartment experience ever! Apartment condition is great and I love the space I have for myself and two kitties! Plus great view of the neighborhood and very accessible to public transportation.
