The maintenance team is fantastic. Jose, the main maintenance guy, is great. The apartment is good. We rented her just because of its location and convenience to metro and downtown facilities. Parking situation could be improved.

Wonderful management team, and great maintenance staff (very responsive). Best apartment experience ever! Apartment condition is great and I love the space I have for myself and two kitties! Plus great view of the neighborhood and very accessible to public transportation.

So far, Carrol and Jose have been amazing. I'm still in the process of moving in as I'm coming from out of state, but they have been so attentive to all my questions/concerns and super accommodating. I hope this is an example of what I can come to expect in my new home in Silver Spring!

The leasing manager, Carrol, is so attentive, informative, and helpful. I was pretty nervous about the move in process but she made everything run smoothly and made sure I was always updated on the status of my application. The building is clean, quiet, and I absolutely love my apartment. The maintenance team is also very detail oriented and friendly especially Jose! I love living here, it's so peaceful and I can't imagine living anywhere else.

This is the best experience I have ever had renting! This was my first time renting alone and I was very nervous about it but I have had nothing but peace and comfort in my apartment. The staff really care about your well-being and happiness within your home and do what they can to help out.
